My payment went through, but the order status is still pending. What should I do?+
Don't worry, your money is safe! Please wait a few minutes and refresh your order details. Payment confirmation can take a short time to complete. If the status still does not update, write to support@threadsbytara.com with your order ID.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?+
Once your order is successfully created and payment is confirmed, your order details will show the updated status.
Can I track my order status?+
Yes. Signed-in users can view their orders and order details from their account section.
What happens if an item goes out of stock while I am checking out?+
Stock is checked during checkout. If an item is no longer available, checkout may be blocked or updated to reflect the latest availability.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, but only before the order has been dispatched. If you need help, write to support@threadsbytara.com with your order ID as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Returns and exchanges are not supported at the moment. We are building Threads By Tara from scratch within India, and we need your love and support to reach there as we grow.
How long will delivery take?+
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days on average, depending on your location and product availability.
I entered the wrong address. Can I update it?+
